At EldanWorld, we stand behind the quality of our premium cotton T-shirts and clothing. We want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make the return and refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

1. Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

If 30 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The return window applies to all eligible items purchased on our website.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed – items must show no signs of wear, odor, or stains.

Original tags attached – all product labels and hang tags must still be in place.

Original packaging – please return the item in its original packaging whenever possible.
We carefully inspect every return. If an item shows signs of use or does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund and send the item back to you.
3. Sizing and Fit – We're Here to Help!
We offer our T-shirts and clothing in sizes S, M, L, and XL, crafted from high-quality, soft cotton for a comfortable fit.
Because sizing can sometimes vary between styles, we strongly recommend checking the detailed size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure between two sizes, feel free to reach out to us – we’re happy to provide measurements or advice to help you choose the perfect fit.
Please note: Change-of-mind returns due to size are welcome within the 30-day window, but return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility (see Section 5 below).
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Email our support team at support@eldanworld.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Tell us the reason for your return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, defective item).

We will reply within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and the correct return shipping address.
Please do not send your package back to us without contacting us first – returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or alternative payment used at checkout).

Refunds are issued in the same currency you used to place your order (USD, CAD, or EURO).

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days from our approval email, please check the following:

Log in to your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card app) to see if the refund is pending.

Contact your bank or credit card company – they sometimes take additional time to officially post the refund.

If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, please email us at support@eldanworld.com and we will investigate it with our payment processor on your behalf.
8. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges by having you return the original item and place a new order for the correct size or style. This is the fastest way to get your new item shipped to you without waiting.
If you need help covering the cost of your new order while waiting for your return refund, please contact us – we may be able to offer a store credit solution or other assistance on a case-by-case basis.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

Undergarments, socks, and swimwear (if applicable)

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control very seriously – every garment is checked before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is:

We will prioritize your case and cover all return shipping costs. You will receive a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.

Your return shipping address will be provided in our return authorization email. Please do not send returns to any address found elsewhere on our site without confirmation, as this may cause processing delays.
