  • Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Exchanges are handled by processing a return and placing a new order, unless we arrange otherwise via email.
